A ‘glass’ or ‘wine glass’ is about 1/4 cup.

 “do.” is an abbreviation for ‘ditto’. 
“one glass wine, one do. rosewater”
means “one glass wine, one glass rosewater”
[1/4 cup wine, 1/4 cup rosewater]
