When cool stir in 3 eggs, 1 at a time, without previous beating Drop in spoonfuls on buttered tins, and bake in a moderate oven, till a light brown. When done, each one will be hollow. Fill with whipped cream, or cornstarch filling, flavored with extract or grated chocolate. This amount makes 18 puffs.
