A BREAKFAST DISH

Use any bits of cold meat chopped fine, half as much potatoes boiled with the skins on, the same amount of bread, broken fine; moisten the bread with hot water. To 1 pint of the mixture add 2 eggs, salt and pepper; beat all together; fry brown in cakes.
