MEAT

BEEF OR VEAL LOAF

Take 2 pounds of chopped beef or veal, 1 cup of cracker crumbs, 2 eggs, 1/2 teaspoonful of salt, 1 cup of sweet milk. Mix in 3/4 of the milk and pour over the 1/4 cup when it is in the pan ready to bake. Bake 1 1/2 hours.
