LEMON TARTS
 

 Take 1 lemon, 1 cup of good sour cream, 2 cups of thick milk, 3 eggs, 1 teaspoonful of baking soda, 1 1/2 cups sugar, 1 tablespoonful of flour, if the eggs are small. Put strips of pie crust on top and pie crust in bottom.
