POT PIE RECIPES

CHICKEN PIE

Dress and cut in pieces a young chicken and pare 8 or 10 potatoes, slice 1/2 an inch thick, add butter, salt, parsley, and pepper to suit taste; put in a deep dish lined with a dough made same as pie dough, only adding some baking powder; bake 1 hour.
