VEGETABLES

POTATO FRITTERS

Take 4 small potatoes, mash till smooth, add 1 quart of sweet milk, 4 eggs, 1 teaspoonful of baking powder, a little salt, flour enough to thicken. Drop in hot lard and fry in small cakes. Serve hot.
