Brie and Fig Tartlets Recipe
Prep Time: 0-15 minutes
Serves 7 or more
Ingredients
~ 2 boxes of Athens mini fillo shells
~ 1 13.2 oz wheel of brie cheese
~ 1 10 oz jar of fig preserves
~ 1 4 oz package sliced prosciutto
Instructions
Remove rind from brie and cut into 1/2 inch cubes.
Crisp prosciutto by lightly browning on stove in a pan or in an oven on a baking sheet. Place on paper towels to cool.
Place a cube or two of brie into each shell. Spoon a tsp of fig preserves over the brie.
Bake shells in a 375 degree oven for 10-12 minutes until brie is melted.
Remove from oven and decorate top of each shell with small pieces of crisp prosciutto.
