Australia’s premier national show for wine and brandy. The Show invites entries from across Australia in premium, commercial and aged classes for table, sparkling and fortified wines, and brandy. The purpose of the Show is to judge and promote the best of the best Australian wines. Wines must qualify through Australian regional and capital city wine shows to enter the premium, premium gold and single vineyard classes.

This is the time of year when the wine industry hits top gear – harvest time! While its hive of activity in the vineyards and wineries it’s also a time to celebrate Vintage 2019. This year the Canberra District Wine Industry Association has put together a new initiative, the Canberra District Wine Week – a celebration of Canberra district wines. Visitors and locals can enjoy a week long program of planned wine tasting dinners and events happening throughout the region. The celebration will conclude out at participating cellar doors with the 2018 Harvest Festival.
