Serves 4.
INGREDIENTS
· 1½ to 2 lbs Wolf Fish
· 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
· Pinch of Salt
· 2-3 tablespoons Sweet Peruvian Mesquite Meal
DIRECTIONS
Over medium heat place a large sauté pan and allow to heat.
Rub olive oil over fish.
Lightly sprinkle salt on one side of fish.
Generously sprinkle Sweet Peruvian mesquite meal over both sides of fish.
