MESQUITE ENCRUSTED WOLF FISH
Cooking takes about 6 minutes.
Serves 4.
INGREDIENTS
· 1½ to 2 lbs Wolf Fish
· 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
· Pinch of Salt
· 2-3 tablespoons Sweet Peruvian™ Mesquite Meal
DIRECTIONS
Over medium heat place a large sauté pan and allow to heat.
Rub olive oil over fish.
Lightly sprinkle salt on one side of fish.
Generously sprinkle Sweet Peruvian™ mesquite meal over both sides of fish.
