INGREDIENTS
• 2 pounds Florida mullet fillets*
• 1/4 cup butter, melted
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon grated Florida onion
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
DIRECTIONS
Place fillets in a single layer, in a lightly oiled baking dish.
Combine melted butter and remaining ingredients; mix well.
Pour sauce over fillets.
Bake at 350º F. 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested.
*Seafood alternatives: pompano, Spanish mackerel, bluefish
