INGREDIENTS
2½ pounds Potatoes
4 Whole Eggs
2 Tablespoons Flour
1/2 tablespoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Onions -- grated
1 whole Granny Smith Apples -- minced fine
DIRECTIONS
1) Grate Potatoes.....Squeeze out moisture.
2) Beat Eggs...add to potatoes.
3) Sift Flour and Salt into mixture.
4) Add Onion and Apples.
NOTE: Make 3 inch pancakes.
