INGREDIENTS
• 2 lbs Salmon
• 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
• 1/2 teaspoon Salt
• 1/2 teaspoon Granulated Garlic
• 2 - 3 teaspoons Mesquite Meal
• 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
DIRECTIONS
Heat sauté pan to medium heat.
(An indoor grill or oven many be used if preferred).
Cook salmon that's 1½ inch thick for about 6 to 7 minutes each side.
Rub olive oil onto salmon.
Cut salmon into portions if you're using filets.
Then sprinkle salt, garlic and Mesquite meal over Salmon.
When salmon is done add black pepper.
