Serves: 6
Ingredients:
• 1 can (12 oz.) StarKist Solid White Tuna, and flaked
• 8 oz. (2 cups uncooked) shell or elbow macaroni
• 3/4 pound process cheese spread, cubed
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 package (16 oz.) broccoli cuts
• 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
• pepper to taste
• 1/2 cup crushed buttery cracker crumbs
Directions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Cook macaroni according to package directions, adding broccoli during last 2 to 3 minutes of cooking time; drain in a colander.
In same pan, mix cheese, milk and seasonings. Stir over low heat until smooth.
Stir in macaroni, broccoli and tuna.
Transfer to 1½ quart casserole.
Bake 15 minutes.
Top with cracker crumbs; continue baking 5 to 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
