Yield: 6 servings
INGREDIENTS
· 1½ pounds Florida tuna steaks, 1-inch thick
· 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
· 2 teaspoons Florida honey
· 1/2 teaspoon cumin
· 1/2 teaspoon ground thyme
· 2 tablespoons chopped fresh Florida parsley
DIRECTIONS
Place tuna in a microwave-safe dish.
Mix together next 4 ingredients and drizzle evenly over tuna.
Cook in a microwave on high for 3-4 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley; allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
