Take the juice and 1/2 the grated rind of 1 orange, 3/4 cup of sugar, yolks of 2 eggs and 1 teaspoonful of flour. Heat these together, then add 1 cup of cream that has been boiled. Let cool, then add last the whites of 2 eggs beaten to a stiff froth. This makes 1 pie.
