Take 3 eggs, 1/2 cup of butter, 1 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of milk. Beat butter and sugar to a cream, add the yolks. Stir all together, add flavoring and milk. Bake in 2 crusts. Beat the whites of the eggs, put on top and brown slightly.
