Ingredients
2 pounds Unsalted butter
8 cups granulated sugar
16 whole eggs
2 cups sour cream
2 2/3 tablespoons vanilla
8 cups bananas -- mashed
2 tablespoons baking soda
2 teaspoons salt
12 cups flour, all-purpose -- sifted
Instructions
Cream sugar and butter together.
Blend eggs into sugar mixture a few at a time.
Add sour cream and vanilla to mixture.
Gently fold in mashed bananas until well mixed.
Mix baking soda, salt and flour together. Then gradually add to banana mixture.
Add a little at a time, but work fast.
Bake in greased pans at 375 degrees F. for 50 to 55 minutes.
