Serves: 20 appetizers
Ingredients:
• 2 pounds chicken wings (about 10)
• 2/3 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp. allspice
• 1/4 tsp. red pepper
• 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º Fahrenheit.
Cut off wing tips and discard or reserve for stock; cut each wind in half at joint.
Place wings on broiler rack.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until crisp, turning once.
Meanwhile, combine ketchup, and remaining ingredients; brush on wings.
Broil 2 to 3 minutes.
Turn wings; brush with sauce.
Broil an additional 2 to 3 minutes
