Proof that homemade is better than store-bought, this dressing is so good you'll never want to buy bottled again. Serve it as a dipping sauce for fresh vegetables or toss with steamed veggies, steamed potatoes, or green salad.
Makes 3/4 Cup
Ingredients
• 1/3 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup buttermilk
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
• 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1 small clove garlic, minced
• 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
Make The Dressing:
In a medium bowl, place all ingredients and whisk to combine.
Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Nutrition information per 1-tablespoon serving—protein: 0.5 g; fat: 5.9 g; carbohydrate: 1 g; fiber: 0.1 g; sodium: 97.9 mg; cholesterol: 5.9 mg; calories: 57.6.
