Grill sliced potatoes alongside your steak.
Cut potatoes lengthwise into 3/8-inch thick slices.
Brush lightly with vegetable oil; season with garlic or seasoned salt.
Grill over medium-hot (ash-covered) coals 12 to 16 minutes or until tender, turning occasionally.
