CASSEROLE:
• 3 cups mashed cooked sweet potatoes
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup butter
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1/3 cup milk
TOPPING:
• 1/3 cup butter, softened
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Mix casserole ingredients.
Put in baking dish.
Mix topping ingredients and place on sweet potatoes.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
