Servings: 6-8
Prep Time: 8 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
• 1 pound beef tenderloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
• 1 Tbsp. olive oil
• 2 Tbsp. duck sauce
• 2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
Instructions:
Cut the beef tenderloin into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, combine olive oil, duck sauce and hoisin sauce. Add beef tenderloin to the olive oil mixture tossing to coat.
Place beef in a medium non-stick saucepan heated on medium-high. Saute 5 - 7 minutes or until desired doneness.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
