Ingredients
• 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
• 1 tablespoon ground cumin
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 jar (16 ounces) Pace® Pineapple Mango Chipotle Salsa
Directions
1. Season the chicken with the cumin.
2. Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until it's well browned on both sides.
3. Pour 1 cup salsa over the chicken. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve with the remaining salsa.
