INGREDIENTS:
5 oz semisweet dark chocolate
2 ½ oz butter
1 egg yolk
3 egg whites
1 oz GRAND MARNIER Cordon Rouge liqueur
Melt the chocolate in a saucepan.
Take the pan off the heat, mix the butter and the egg yolk into melted chocolate.
Whip the egg whites.
Slowly fold in the GRAND MARNIER Cordon Rouge liqueur then fold the whipped egg whites into the chocolate mixture.
Refrigerate before serving.
