Festival hosted by Monticello Women's Club. Enjoy pinto beans, onions, relish and mill-ground cornmeal “hoecakes” plus a variety of desserts all in a beautiful setting overlooking the historic Mill Springs Grist Mill. An alternative hot dog and fixins lunch is available.
