1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
Cooking Directions
Mix together first six ingredients.
In separate bow, combine cornstarch and water, mixing until smooth.
Combine first mixture with cornstarch mixture; heat in microwave approximately 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Let mixture stand until thick.
Serving Suggestions
Use this sauce for your favorite eggrolls or Pork Won Tons.
