Potato Pudding, Boiled
No. 1 One pound boiled potatoes, half pound sugar, 4 o. butter, 1 pint flour, 1 quart milk and 5 eggs.
No. 2 One pound boiled potatoes, mashed, 4 oz. butter, 1 quart milk, the juice of one lemon and the peal grated, half a pound sugar, half nutmeg, 7 eggs, 2 spoons rose-water, bake 1 and a half hour.
