Florida State Fair Grounds. The event is an expansion of the Food Truck Festival that has been held at the Fairgrounds annually for the past three years. While food trucks still will be featured, this year’s Festival includes offerings from buzzy new restaurants as well as tried and true area eateries and caterers – and the return of some Florida State Fair favorites. The Discover the Food Festival also will highlight multicultural cuisine including authentic Indian and Caribbean flavors. Attendees are encouraged to sample a new ethnic dish and perhaps find a new favorite. Radio Crime, Tampa Bay’s premiere classic rock band, will headline the event. Entertainment also will include cultural celebrations and a children's story time The popular Kid’s Fun Zone with an inflatable slide, bounce houses and more will make a return appearance. |
