Serves 8
Vegetable spray
1 (12 oz.) package bowtie pasta, prepared
4 tablespoons margarine, melted
6 tablespoons double cheddar cheese sauce
2 (14 oz.) packages frozen broccoli florets, prepared
1 teaspoon salad supreme seasoning
2 eggs, beaten
1 (10¾ oz.) can cream of broccoli soup
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Spray 2½ quart baking dish with vegetable spray, set aside.
Lightly toss pasta, margarine and cheese sauce and pour into baking dish.
In another bowl, combine eggs, soup, and broth.
Pour half of the sauce over pasta.
Toss broccoli and seasoning, then spoon broccoli mixture over pasta.
Combine mozarella and cheddar cheese and sprinkle over top of broccoli.
Pour the rest of the sauce over cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes.
