Makes One Serving
· 1/2 tablespoon butter
· 2 eggs
· 1 slice American cheese
· 1/3 cup of leftover stuffing, room temp
1. Beat the eggs well in a bowl
2. Melt butter in a small nonstick pan over medium heat and add eggs
3. Allow the eggs to set on the bottom and add the cheese, the stuffing, to one half of the omelet
4. Gently flip the non-stuffing side over the other and cook to desire consistency
5. Put on a plate, eat and go make another
