Makes 6 servings.
Ingredients:
1 quart boiling water
3 tea bags
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups 100% apple juice or cider
Cinnamon sticks
Directions:
Add tea bags to boiling water.
Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove tea bags.
Stir in sugar until dissolved.
Add apple juice and reheat.
Pour into mugs.
Add a stick of cinnamon to each.
Approximate Nutritional Analysis (per serving): calories, 75; protein, 0 g; carbohydrates, 19 g; dietary fiber, 0 g; fat, 0 g; cholesterol, 0 mg; sodium, 7 mg; 0% calories from fat.
