Ingredients
• 5 cups Romaine lettuce leaves, torn and lightly packed
• 3 cups spinach leaves, lightly packed
• 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
• 2 oranges, peeled and sliced
• 1 cup pitted prunes, halved
• 1/2 cup red onion, sliced
• 1/2 cup nonfat honey-mustard dressing
• 1/4 to 1/2 tsp black pepper, coarsely ground
Toss all ingredients in a large bowl.
Nutritional analysis per serving: Calories 200, Fat 1g, Calories from Fat 3%, Cholesterol 0mg, Fiber 7g, Sodium 365g.
