October 31, 2024  Living History Farms Annual Farmstasia
Urbandale, Iowa
Farmstasia is our annual fundraiser in support of education and outreach programs, and with this year’s theme we thumb our nose at superstition, re-creating a Victorian trend. Triskaideka dinners were a popular way for Victorians to demonstrate that they weren’t scared of black cats, cracked mirrors—or the number 13. In addition to raising funds for programs that serve nearly 23,000 students a year, we will celebrate our Teacher of the Year.
