Serves 8
Ingredients
· Vegetable spray
· 2 (6 oz.) packages turkey stuffing mix, prepared
· 2 eggs beaten
· 1 (10¾ oz.) can cream of chicken soup, with herbs
· 10 tablespoons double cheddar cheese sauce
· 2 (3 oz.) packages dried cranberries
· 1 pound oven-roasted turkey, thinly sliced.
Directions
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Spray 9 x 12 x 1½ (2 qt.) baking dish with vegetable spray; set aside.
Combine stuffing mix, eggs, soup, cheese sauce and cranberries.
Spoon 1/3 stuffing mix into baking dish.
Layer half of the turkey slices over stuffing.
Spoon another 1/3 of stuffing mix over turkey, layer with remaining turkey slices.
Top with remainder of stuffing mix.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Serve with Savory Turkey and Egg Gravy.
1 (15 oz.) jar roasted turkey gravy
1 (10¾ oz) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chicken broth
4 hard-cooked egg whites, chopped
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
In saucepan, combine turkey gravy, soup, broth, eggs and pepper.
Simmer on low heat for 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve over Turkey and Cranberry Dressing.
