ZESTY ARTICHOKE DIP

Prep Time: 15 min.
Makes 3 cups


Ingredients

    • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard
    • 1/4 tsp. curry powder, optional
    • 1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen artichoke hearts, thawed, drained and chopped
    • 1 cup diced green or red bell peppers
    • 2 tbsp. thinly sliced green onion
     

Directions

1. Beat cream cheese, sour cream, mustard and curry powder in medium bowl until creamy.

2. STIR in remaining ingredients. If desired, spoon into bowl lined with red cabbage leaves.

3. SERVE with cut-up vegetables.

Variation: In step 1, substitute chili powder for the curry powder, and add 1/2 cup shredded spicy Jack cheese.
