Serves 4
Ingredients
• 1 cup regular spaghetti sauce
• 1 cup peach yogurt
• 2 tablespoons tandoori paste*
• 1 tablespoon garam masala
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon ground dried ginger
• 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup water
• 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Combine all the ingredients in a deep baking dish and mix well.
Place the dish in the oven and cover with foil. Bake for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for 5 to 8 more minutes.
Serve over rice.
*Note:
Tandoori paste is available in most supermarkets and in Indian grocery stores.
