Guests can sample and shop a wide array of foods and flavors from local artisans, as well as participate in engaging workshops led by culinary experts. With its focus on education and exploration, the Utah Food Festival aims to enrich visitors' knowledge of food history and culture. Museum experts will offer insightful lessons and engage attendees in thought-provoking presentations on ancient potatoes, urban foraging, fermentation, and the importance of lunch. May 24-25, 2024 Scandinavian Heritage Festival - Ephraim, Utah The festival begins Friday at 9 a.m. in the Huntsman Library auditorium at Snow College with the Scandinavian Heritage Conference, a free educational event. The Little Scandinavian Dinner, a gourmet Scandinavian smorgasbord, will be served Friday at 6 p.m. at the Greenwood Student Center at Snow College.From Friday noon through Saturday at dusk, the festival grounds on the north side of the Snow College campus and at Pioneer Park will buzz with costumes, dancing, storytelling, entertainment, historical tours, craft and food booths and more. June 15-23, 2024 Pleasant Grove Strawberry Days Pleasant Grove, Utah Strawberry Days: Over 100 year - The Longest Continually Running Event in the State of Utah.
