January 15-17, 2025
Montana Agricultural & Industrial Expo
Great Falls, Montana
A regional farm and ranch trade show featuring over 200 exhibitors from all over the Pacific Northwest.  At the Pacific Steel and Recycling Four Season Arena at Expo Park.

January 17-19, 2025  Montana Winter Fair - Lewistown, Montana
Montana Winter Fair is a state winter fair consisting of a livestock show, youth livestock events, fiddlers contest, youth educational events, commercial exhibits, farm forum, death by chocolate competition, photography, quilts, farm equipment displays, stock dog trials and clinic, cowboy church, and lots of great Central Montana scenery.

February 14, 2025  VALENTINE'S DAY
Most of the more than 1/2 million restaurants in the U.S. have special events scheduled for today. They are too numerous to list.

February 15-22, 2025  National FFA Week - Nationwide
The week of George Washington's birthday as National FFA Week in recognition of his legacy as an agriculturist and farmer.

February 3, 2024  Ice Fishing Derby - Glasgow, Montana
Winter is the longest part of the year in Northeastern Montana, what else would you want to do in the middle of winter but to grab your jigging pole and go to the frozen lake? This event will be held at the Dredge Cuts Trout Pond on Ft Peck Hwy 117 pending good ice! The Fee is $50 for each hole or $100 for 3 Holes.  Awards ceremony will be at the Gateway. 1st place is guaranteed $2,000!
 


 

February 22-24, 2024  Montana Beer Awards - Helena, Montana
The MBA (Montana Brewers Association) is excited to host the inaugural Montana Beer Awards, our state’s first commercial, state-wide beer competition. This event will be a celebration and showcase of the incredible, unique, and passionate work of Montana’s craft brewers, and will be open to any commercially made beer produced in Montana. The competition will feature 19 award categories and will be judged using the 2023 Brewers Association beer style guidelines. See website for details.

March 2, 2024  Bigfork Brewfest - Big Fork, Montana
The Bigfork Brewfest benefits local non-profit organizations. Thank you to all the wonderful beer-loving folks who gladly down a pint or three to give back to organizations that help make our community a better place.  Every year on the first Saturday of March, we will be closing the street to welcome 22 amazing breweries! A fun afternoon with live music, food, shopping, beer and more beer.

March 19, 2024 - 'AgDay' National Agriculture Day - Nationwide

February 12, 2022  Feb Fest Chocolate and Valentine Fair
Helena, Montana
FEB FEST is our annual chocolate, Valentine’s Day gifts, arts and crafts fair at the Helena Civic Center.   With about 70 vendors, it is a fun place to get those special Valentine gifts for all the “sweeties” in your life.  There will be chocolate, treats and Valentine gifts including a host of Montana made arts, crafts and jewelry.  Entertainment will be provided throughout the day including door prizes and Artwear Fashion Shows.  The Artwear Fashion Shows will be at 12:00 noon and 1:30 p.m.  A snack bar with food and refreshments will also be open during the fair.  Please join us for one of Helena’s most popular events, which is a fundraiser sponsored by the Helena Civic Center Board for Civic Center improvements.

January 17, 2020 - Annual Antique Tractors & Toy Show
Great Falls, Montana
The annual Antique Tractors and Toy Show features commercial cars and trucks, construction equipment, toys, pedal toys and art. Admission is $5 or $15 per family.

April 26, 2020  Taste of Big Fork - Big Fork, Montana
Wine, music and wonderful food from fabulous dining and specialties places in and around Bigfork.

February 11, 2018 - Chocolate, Wine & Cheese - Anaconda, Montana
Friends of the Hearst Free Library annual Fundraiser.  Join us for hand made chocolate delicacies, a variety of wines to try, and cheeses from around the world. 50/50, raffle and door prizes.  Ticket prices:  $12 in advance, $15 at the door.

March 16-17, 2018  Northeast Montana Farm Expo
Plentywood, Montana
Each year KATQ Radio sponsors its annual Farm Expo, bringing in agricultural exhibits from Montana, various other northern states and Canada. Educational seminars daily. Friday morning join us for the Farm and Ranch Appreciation Breakfast. The Friday night's banquet includes a featured guest speaker. Kids Bread Fair is open to the area 4th graders.

March 20, 2016  International Culture and Food Festival
Missoula, Montana
The University Center at the University of Montana will once again become Montana’s largest venue for global sights, sounds and aromas at the annual UM International Culture and Food Festival.  The Festival is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year and is proud in that period to have become Montana’s largest annual internationally-themed festival.  This year’s theme –  “25th Jubilee!  Around the World in 25 Years” –   highlights the many metaphorical global journeys that the people of western Montana have been invited to join via this festival in the past two and a half decades --- journeys that led to rich and unique international experiences in dance, music, food, film, arts and crafts; journeys that sparked multi-faceted cultural discoveries and learning;  and most importantly, journeys that inspired countless cross-cultural friendships and connections. This year, the festival is expecting  3,500 global “travelers” to once again enjoy this world journey.
