Ingredients
• 3 cups white wine vinegar
• 1 1/2 cups water
• 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 packages (3 1/2 pounds each) Gold'n Plump® Whole Chicken Cut-Up (8 pieces)
Directions
Combine the vinegar, water, butter and salt in a small oven-proof saucepan over medium heat.
Stir occasionally until the butter is melted.
When you are ready to cook, prepare the grill for indirect cooking as directed by the grill manufacturer. Position the grill rack about 6 inches above the coals or heat source. Put the pan of sauce on the grill to keep hot.
Cook the chicken for about 50 to 60 minutes, turning frequently and basting after every turn, until thoroughly cooked.
