COCONUT FIVE SPICE BARBEQUE SAUCE

Ingredients
1 quart barbeque sauce
1 8 ounce can coconut milk
1/4 cup five spice powder
2 cups sweet soy
2 cups soy
2 cups pineapple juice

Directions
Combine all the ingredients and simmer over a low flame until the liquid is reduced by 1/4.

This usually takes 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

Stir often so the liquid doesn't burn on the bottom.

The sweet soy, five spice and coconut milk can be found at any Asian grocery store or market.
