1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
3/8 teaspoon Ground Ginger
Salad
3/4 pound Cooked Chicken -- julienned
5/8 pound Pasta -- Cooked
3/8 pound Bean Sprouts
3 1/2 ounces Waterchestnuts -- sliced
1/8 cup Green Onions -- chopped
[1) Mix Dressing ingredients well.
[2) Add remaining ingredients and toss together.
Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 632 Calories; 42g Fat (58.5% calories from fat); 26g Protein; 42g Carbohydrate; 2g Dietary Fiber; 64mg Cholesterol; 541mg Sodium.
