This two-day smorgasbord of food and fun celebrates everything we love about Minnesota: great music, fabulous food, outdoor family fun, a few surprises and really great people-watching! July 10-14, 2024 Winona County Fair - St. Charles, Minnesota The Winona County Fair will include 4-H/FFA shows and exhibits, livestock shows and sale, open class dairy cattle show, music, miniature horse show, children's rides, demonstrations, square dancing, bingo, antique tractor parade, flat track motorcycle racing, truck and tractor pull, pedal pull, trailer races, horseshoes tournament, lego building contest, open class talent show, commercial exhibits, beverage tent, food, and more. July 11, 2024 Annual Hot Dog Nite - Luverne, Minnesota 10,000 FREE Hot Dogs and beverage given away by Luverne Area Chamber Members from 5:30 pm until gone. Annual Wienerman Triathlon challenges athletes to run, bike, and eat hot dogs on their way to the finish line ....begins at 7 pm. Wiener Dog Beauty Contest and Wiener Dog Race on Main Street beginning at 7:15 pm. Live music and beer garden on Main. July 11-14, 2024 Big Stone County Fair - Clinton, Minnesota Carnival rides, 4-H exhibits, car derby, horse show, 4-H rodeo, vendors (food & businesses), livestock auction and more. July 12-13, 2024 Corn & Clover Carnival - Hinckley, Minnesota Huge Midway, Bingo, lots of food. Celebrating 100 years from the very first carnival. This will be the 82nd carnival - as there were several years the carnival was not held due to the Depression.
July 12-14, 2024 75th World’s Largest Wild Rice Festival Deer River, Minnesota The World's Largest Wild Rice Festival for over 70 years, a celebration of wild rice, one of the area's natural staples. Today's wild rice festivals sponsored by the Deer River Lions Club feature a full schedule of activities designed to bring the whole Deer River Area Community together for a weekend of fun, food, entertainment, and fellowship. Whether you are young or old, there is always something to see and do at the festival. July 13-14, 2024 - Food Truck Festival - St. Paul, Minnesota One of the Twin Cities most popular & delicious free events–The St. Paul Food Truck Festival– will invade Union Depot. Free Event! Food. Beer. Live Music. 11-7 PM. July 13-14, 2024 14th Annual Middle Eastern Festival West St. Paul, Minnesota St. George Church. Highlights include Middle Eastern cuisine, live entertainment, a traditional marketplace, games for children and camel rides. Admission is free. The menu includes: roast lamb on the spit, chicken kabobs, kafta, falafel, hummus, gyros, tabouli, delicious pastries and the church's famous Syrian bread. We will also be releasing our new batch of Raspberry Wine! July 16-17, 2024 Beanhole Days - Pequot Lakes, Minnesota Burying of the Beans Ceremony is held every July. The beans, prepared by secret recipe behind locked doors, are buried in huge cast iron kettles and cooked over a wood fire for 24 hours. Since 1938, this tradition brings thousands together as they share a free lunch of baked beans, dinner roll, and beverage. Also a Queen and King Bean Coronation, an arts and crafts fair, food market, children's games, July 17-20, 2024 Wabasha County Fair - Plainview, Minnesota There are tons of activities for the young and old! The event features an expansive list of craft brewers, live music and variety of activities. Many new and returning breweries will be present at the festival. Weekend ticket holders will get full access to events with lodging at Caribou Highlands Lodge. Tickets can also be purchased for some activities on a per-event basis, including the beer tasting, Friday’s dinner and the concerts. While meat, potatoes, and beans were the cook shack staples, it was the pies the men loved most. It’s the Annual Fisherman’s Picnic and downtown Grand Marais is filled with visitors, crazy days sales, craft show, daily contests and prizes, live music, kids activities, and so much more!
