July 20, 2024 Ozark Berry Festival - Springfield, Missouri Macedonia Baptist Church. As always, all proceeds from this event will benefit the Missouri Baptist Children’s Home, as they endeavor to bring hope and restoration to children and families throughout Missouri. Crafts, quilts, entertainment, food, and a variety of berry/fruit desserts are just a few of the reasons why so many people visit the Ozarks Berry Festival. Top off your favorite cobbler or piece of pie with a scoop of ice cream and you’ll experience a day full of fun, food and fellowship for your entire family. July 27-28, 2024 Berries and BarBQ Wine Trail - Hermann, Missouri Enjoy delectable pairings of berries, barbeque, and Missouri wines at seven stops along the scenic Hermann Wine Trail.
July 20, 2024 Annual Zucchini Races - Cole Camp, Missouri Downtown Cole Camp (N Maple Street) Rules & Regulations: Axles must pass through the zucchini and must not be more than 12 inches wide. August 8-18, 2024 Missouri State Fair - Sedalia, Missouri Join us in Sedalia to celebrate our great state's annual agricultural showcase! The 400-acre fairgrounds will present premier livestock shows, competitive exhibits, and first-class professional entertainment. Special events include the opening day parade, rodeo, queen coronation, Farmers Care Food Drive, Governor's Ham Breakfast, and Sale of Champions livestock auction. Attendance: 340,000. Crafts, quilts, and homemade cobblers and ice cream are just a few of the many reasons why the Berry Festival is a day full of fun, food and fellowship for the entire family. August 14-16, 2017 - 6th Midwest Produce Expo - Kansas City, Missouri NO EVENT FOR 2018. Midwest Produce will bring together leading produce industry buyers and sellers in a professional setting. By merging a focused conference program, networking events and retail tour with an expo of leading suppliers, this event fills a niche in the region for produce growers, shippers, regional retailers and wholesalers. August 21, 2017 Foodstock - Columbia, Missouri Foodstock is a festival celebrating the total solar eclipse with live music, food trucks, beer tents, restaurants, local craft vendors, games, hot air balloons, kids area, fireworks, contests and more. Foodstock is FREE to attend, shop, and learn and eat for all ages! The time of totality for the eclipse begins at 1:12pm and lasts more than 2 and a half minutes here in Columbia, so thousands are coming in from around the country to get our view. Fireworks will begin at 8pm. Come out and have a drink and eat your fill! We are offering Beer Tent wristbands (21 and over only) for $15 ($20 after July 31st) sold onsite for three drinks, as well as Restaurant wristbands for $15 ($20 after July 31st) to sample all the food in the evening. All wristbands can be purchased at The Grind including our food+drink+tshirt combo for $27 ($37 after July 31st). Our stage will feature area folk, country, rock, and blues bands and musicians throughout the event. At this event we want to focus on doing good for the community, sustainability, and throwing it back to the good times at Woodstock. We'll be hosting food trucks from 11-3:30, and restaurants from 3:30-8 to continue to celebrate our community culture of food appreciation. |
