September 5-7, 2024 91st Annual Grape & Fall Festival St. James, Missouri Street Market; Queen Pageant; 4-H/FFA Livestock Show & Sale; 4-H/FFA Exhibits; Lucy Wortham James; Open Exhibits; Kids' Games; Carnival; Live Entertainment; Demolition Derby; Wine & Beer Garden; Parade. September 6-8, 2024 62nd Annual Annunciation Greek Food Festival Kansas City, Missouri Greek Orthodox Church of the Annunciation Greek Food Festival featuring traditional homemade Greek delicacies including soulvakia, gyros, domathes, spanakopitas, baklava and more. Live bands and dance groups will perform traditional folk dances and invite festivalgoers to join in the fun. The Festival will offer many children’s activities also. September 12-14, 2024 52nd Seymour Apple Festival Seymour, Missouri The Apple Festival is totally FREE...no admission to get in or anything; but what you eat, drawings or crafts you buy. The weekend is open outside event, with family entertainment day and night bring in 15,000+ people from all over in 3 days. Some families even make this their time to have family reunions. Over the three day event you can be entertained with 100+ craft and various vendors, FREE live entertainment, and on Saturday enjoy a 5K run, parade, Johnny Appleseed contest, decorated bike contest, serval apple contest and auction, apple peeling contest, apple princess contest, and so much more. Attendance: 30,000+ September 12-15, 2024 62nd Annual Steam-O-Rama Halltown, Missouri New Location in Halltown. The Ozarks Steam Engine Show. Daily parade, large steam traction engines in operation, antique & classic tractors, saw mill, threshing, flea market, molasses making and much more! September 20-21, 2024 Marionville AppleFest - Marionville, Missouri Our theme this year is "Traditions at Their Best with Applefest" come and join us with your family traditions. September 21, 2024 Augusta Harvest Festival - Augusta, Missouri Swingin” In The Vines" concert & picnic, wine tasting presented by the area's wineries, BBQ, pie baking contest and pie walk, etc.
September 21, 2024 Fall Family Festival - Kansas City, Missouri Join us for the annual Fall Family Festival from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Admission is free for this day of fun at KCCG’s lovely Beanstalk Children’s Garden (located at KCCG offices in Swope Park- 6917 Kensington Ave. KCMO 64132). From 10AM - 3PM the Beanstalk will be filled with games, demonstrations, and garden foods to sample. The day will include garden games, face painting, horse rides, and much more! Children can paint gourds, plant herbs to take home, and make peanut butter. Visitors can purchase lunch and drinks. Sales of garden crafts will raise money for the Beanstalk Children’s Garden, where each summer and fall children’s tour groups and families are encouraged to see, touch, smell and taste the plants in the garden as they learn about growing a garden, eating healthy foods and identifying plants and insects. Donations will be welcome. Bring the family – and grandparents, too! September 21, 2024 Homemade Pie Baking Contest - Augusta, Missouri 8:00 am - 11 am. Greater-Augusta area bakers are eligible to compete in a pie baking contest - Advance Registration Needed - Prizes awarded for Best Cream Pie, Best Fruit Pie, Junior Baker and Grand Champion Pie Drop-off time is 8-9am Winners announced 10:30am. September 21-22, 2024 26th Annual Cider Days - Springfield, Missouri On Historic Walnut Street from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days. This two-day fall festival will feature regional artists and crafters, three performance stages, fall-themed activities for kids, and, of course, delicious apple cider! Artists and crafters from across the region exhibit at Cider Days, selling a variety of handmade products including jewelry, pottery, glass, wood, furniture and much more. Admission is $5 per person; children 10 and under are free. September 26-28, 2024 64th Annual Black Walnut Festival Stockton, Missouri Enjoy the parade, "Nut Run", pie baking contest, craft demonstrations, musical entertainment, queen pageant, baby contest, carnival rides, children's events, and a variety of food and craft booths. Riverside Drive, between the Missouri River and the Historic Downtown District. Held downtown. September 14, 2019 Apple Festival - Raymore, Missouri The Apple Festival will be the 36th and final Apple Festival conducted solely by MBCH. Just like every year before it will be held at Fellowship Church, formerly First Baptist Church Raymore in Raymore Missouri. This year we will celebrate the history of the Festival along with the quilters, craft makers and volunteers who have made it possible for the Festival to exist for the last 35 years. The Festival will feature a Quilt and Craft Auction beginning at 1:00 p.m. There will be no children’s area or craft vendors. |
