23rd Annual Oktoberfest
Highlands, New Jersey
Veterans Park.  The park is festive with fall decorations, the food is great and the varieties of German beers are even better. Authentic German food is a highlight of this famous festival. Executive Chef Butch Greenwaldt is preparing the menu with plenty of traditional German favorites hot off the grill such as bratwurst, knockwurst, kraut, potato pancakes, goulash, sauerbraten and Bavarian noodles along with other tasty fare those less adventurous.  Quench your thirst with a large variety of Oktoberfest Beers, both light and dark. The beer garden will also serve Riesling wine and Sangria.

Long Beach Island’s favorite chowder filled weekend will be taking on a new look in 2024….as the Beach Haven Chowder Cook-Off!  The Beach Haven Chamber of Commerce is partnering with the Hunger Foundation Of Southern Ocean to bring this beloved community event back to its pre-pandemic greatness!

October 5-6, 2024 - Grand Harvest Wine Festival
Morristown, New Jersey
Fosterfields Living Historical Farm. Sample dozens of wines from some of New Jersey’s leading wineries while enjoying the beautiful lake-front setting.  Unique crafters, vendors and food will also on hand. Guests are encouraged to bring chairs or blankets to sit and enjoy live music.

October 11-13, 2024  Annual South Jersey Pumpkin Show
Woodstown, New Jersey
South Jersey Pumpkin Show is a pumpkin festival and pumpkin carve longstanding NJ event. New this year is our pumpkin patch with rides, along with the kids zone and PG haunted house. The sj pumpkin show is now a fundraising event for Ravenwood Farms charity where kids with cancer and mental and physical disabilities receive free riding lessons. All event proceeds go towards these programs and the care of the farm animals. Local kids who can not afford to ride get to partake in farm work to earn themselves free rides and get to come out to the farm to be with they're "therapy" horses whenever they please.

The annual festival pays tribute to local farmers. Local, regional and national entertainers.  It also includes a parade, arts & crafts show, mascot mania, amusement rides and games, a Sing Fest competition, a multi-cultural food court and fireworks. It’s that time of year again! As the seasons change, our grape varieties are readying themselves for harvest, one by one. Careful planning & long hours ensure they reach their full potential. It’s the foundation of our next vintage, & we want to celebrate with you from 12-5pm.

October 20-21, 2018 - Harvest Food Truck and Wine Festival
Milford, New Jersey
Join us for our last festival of the year and celebrate the end of another great harvest.  This event will feature cuisine from the region’s most award-winning food trucks, Alba’s estate wines, and live music.  Food prices vary by truck.  So put on a comfy sweater and gather your wine, food, and music loving friends for a great time!  Admission includes entrance to the event, parking, and music.  $10 for adults 21 and over, $5 for ages 13 to 20, and children 12 and under are free.  No Reservations – pay at the entrance gate.  Wine tastings are available for an additional $10 per person, 21 and older, which includes eight samplings of our nationally award-winning wines in an etched Alba Vineyard wine glass.
