We offer weekend cooking programs open to the public as well as private guests staying with us at the lodge. Each Friday, Saturday and Sunday we celebrate local Kachemak Bay cuisine, we offer tips and insights to our company recipe collections, and we offer weekly-rotating three-course menus featuring a personalized collection of global recipes prepared from a regional perspective.
