28th Annual Chile Pepper Festival
Bowers, Pennsylvania
Food festival, crafts, music all day both days, free parking in park, pepper eating contest, salsa contest and wagon rides to Meadow View Farm.  No alcohol, no pets.

Northern Appalachian Folk Festival - Indiana, Pennsylvania
The Northern Appalachian Folk Festival, Inc. takes place on the second weekend of September each year on the main street in Indiana, PA. From culture to history to entertainment, our goal is to create a new appreciation for our region for those in attendance.

September 7-8, 2024  39th Annual Mushroom Festival
Kennett Square, Pennsylvania
'The Mushroom Capital of the World'  Celebrate the mushroom as well as the beauty, history and excitement of Southern Chester County with farm tours, culinary demonstrations, children's rides and a variety of entertainment.

September 7-8, 2024  20th Annual Gettysburg Wine and Music Festival
Gettysburg, Pennsylvania
Celebrate the grape harvest and enjoy a fall weekend in historic Gettysburg while you savor the flavors of hundreds of Pennsylvania wines and enjoy live music.  Sample and purchase wine from 25 Pennsylvania wineries, enjoy offerings from more than 50 food and craft vendors and dance to the region’s best live music. The event annually draws nearly 7,000 attendees.   Hosted by the Gettysburg Adams Chamber of Commerce and supported by area businesses and hundreds of volunteers, the festival promotes Pennsylvania wine, boosts the area economy and strengthens the local quality of life. In addition to supporting programs of the Gettysburg Adams Chamber of Commerce, the festival benefits community organizations with more than $10,000 in donations. One-day advance tickets are $20 and include a free wine glass, unlimited wine sampling and access to live music. Tickets are $25 at the gate. Two-day advance tickets are available for wine enthusiasts at $30. Youth/Designated Driver tickets are $12 and children 12 and under are free. Special pricing is available for groups of more than 15 people. Parking is free.  Attendance: 7,000.

Bean Soup served daily at 12 Noon, Baking Contests, Food Contests, Farmyard Games, Shoofly Pie Contest, Horse Show, Parade, Entertainment, Amusements, Midway, etc.

September 13-15, 2024  Annual Hinkelfest
Fredericksburg, Pennsylvania
Get ready for the Pennsylvania Dutch Tradition everyone is waiting for... the Hinkelfest Chicken Festival! It is a weekend full of fun, tons of food and outdoor entertainment for the whole family!  Enjoy terrific chicken dinners and mouthwatering chicken made in a variety of ways at our food stands - chicken pot pie, tenders, chicken cheese steaks, egg rolls, grilled chicken breast sandwiches, chicken fried rice and lots more!  Enjoy live music and variety shows. Head to the midway for games, rides and food booths.  Show off your skills at the chicken cooking contest. Rise and shine with the Early Bird Breakfast Saturday morning!  Then check out the craft show!  The best part is that you can enjoy this all for FREE parking and admission!

September 13-15, 2024  Annual Apple Days & Market To Go
Bethlehem, Pennsylvania
Kick start your autumn at our third annual Apple Days celebration! Located at Burnside Plantation, this two-day event is packed full of fall family fun and all things apple. Activities include donkey-drawn wagon rides, kids’ crafts, high horsepower wheel demonstrations, and more!  Register for our Culinary Cooking Contest to prove your apple recipe is the best in the Lehigh Valley! Don’t miss our apple treats and wares, including mums, pies, doughnuts, cider, and other apple specialties.  Admission is only $5 per vehicle.

Harrisburg, Pennsylvania
Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex and Expo Center.  The All-American Dairy Show features nearly 2,000 of the best dairy cattle shown by more than 1,100 of the best exhibitors in the nation and Canada. With 23 dairy shows in six days, including four days dedicated to youth shows, contests and programs

September 22-24, 2024  Philadelphia National Candy, Gift & Gourmet Show - Kalahari Resort, Pocono Manor, Pennsylvania
America's largest show dedicated to the retail confectioner, is sponsored by the Retail Confectioners Association of Philadelphia.

September 27-29, 2024  WineFest - North East, Pennsylvania
At Gibson Park and Heard Park.  A spectacular weekend celebration of music, arts, crafts and fruits of the vine. Purchase a glass and walk the grounds or hop on a shuttle bus and visit one or all eight wineries. LIve Music, children and family activities.  Attendance: 15,000.

September 28, 2024  Apple Festival - Media, Pennsylvania
Linvilla Orchards Apple Festival honors apples every autumn.  Pick Your Own apples are during the height of their season and you can choose from the many varieties grown right here at Linvilla. You won’t want to miss our Apple Pie Eating Contest for bushels of fun!

September 28, 2024  33rd Annual PotatoFest - Ebensburg, Pennsylvania
The Ebensburg PotatoFest is an annual event in Ebensburg, PA celebrating Cambria County potatoes and its growers. It is held on the last Saturday of September each year! The county is the second largest supplier of potatoes in the state. The festival is a fun-filled day of arts, crafts, entertainment, and food for the entire family. Entertainers perform throughout the day with music to please all ages. Over 200 crafters and artisans line the streets for blocks with homemade wares and food of all kinds. Join in the festivities and spend the day in our beautiful community!

September 2, 2018  Farm-To-Table Dinner Series
Orrtanna, Pennsylvania
Come celebrate the harvest season at Beech Springs Farm with friends and the community.   Each distinctly different dinner will feature locally sourced beverage pairings and delectable menus prepared by our amazing guest chefs.   Your  ticket includes a self-guided garden tour, welcome cocktails, a four to six course menu created by one of our talented chefs, course pairings, tax and gratuity.   There is no extra charge for the ambience and beauty of Beech Springs Farm.  Space is limited to 40 people.  Advanced purchase is required.

September 16, 2018 - Taste of Berwyn - Berwyn, Pennsylvania

We're conveniently located on Bridge Avenue and First Avenue at the entrance to the park.  Well known as a dining destination, Berwyn's fabulous restaurants will recreate their best dishes as food vendors in the park.  Family fun will be available to all.  Entry to Taste of Berwyn is free.  Berwyn Bucks will be sold at the event and can be used to purchase food, beverages, raffle tickets, activities, and games.

September 3-4, 2016 - Pittsburgh Folk Festival - Pennsylvania
This was the last Pittsburgh Folk Festival.
Free performances, ethnic food, crafts, and a global marketplace filled with unique handmade and imported goods. Diverse international cuisine from more than 20 countries will be available, and kid-friendly hands-on crafts and cooking demonstrations for all are planned throughout the two-day event.

The aim of the Congress  Eating Disorders meetings is to provide a platform for academicians and practitioners from multiple disciplines to debate and deliberate on social change that is encompassed by innovation and technology. Eating Disorders conferences aim to gather experts in the field to share their knowledge.  In addition to inspire and educate practitioners about appropriate treatment approaches for all types of Eating Disorders and to encounter them in finding creative ways to identify, diagnose, understand and treat patients with all types of Eating Disorders  with individualized focus and intention.
