Makes 2 servings.
Ingredients
2 cups seeded watermelon chunks
1 cup cracked ice
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. almond extract
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender container, blend until smooth.
Nutritional Analysis Per Serving: Calories, 115; Fat, 2g; Fiber, 1 g; Cholesterol, 4mg; Sodium, 46mg; percent calories from fat, 13%.
