    Have you heard the latest news on what

    Researchers recommend you eat, or not?

    Their scientific studies always mention

    Which foods bring disease and which prevention.

    In fear I read through their reports for answers

    On everything from simple itch to cancers.

    My eating's based on each research suggestion

    And much I used to dine on now I question.

    The problem is they change their mind so quickly

    I can't remember if I'm getting well or sickly.
